Do you ever play the brain teaser in the newspaper?  I love the one where you look at two photos and find 5 things that are different.  Let's play!

 

I was looking back at my pottery photos to see how much the flowers grew over the summer.

I found this one taken in June.  It is much different than the 3 photos taken Sept. 20th.

POND TOUR THIS SUMMER - PART 2

 

The goofy hat lady again with feather earrings.

 Ah, my beloved Japanese Maple tree.  I love the deep color of the leaves.

                                             For some reason I never get to sit here......darn it.

                                                    It was 96 degrees.  No fire today.

 
                                             A pretty little weeds.  It looks like a snowflake.

This fence post  is very sentimental to me.  I have moved it with me from house to house.
It came from the farm in Neponset, IL where I used to ride my mule, Hoot.  A reminder of some great times growing up.  Now I hang goofy stuff on it.

                                                       The fish are in 'school' today.

...and they swam and they swam right over the damn.

                                          The shrubs provide a little privacy around the patio.

POND TOUR AT RUSTYNAIL THIS SUMMER - PART 1

I realized that I have not shared pictures of the Prairieland Koi and Pond tour at Rustynail Garden.  I posted my friend's ponds, but not ours.  Shame on me.  Let's open the photo album and look at pictures together.  My dear friend took all the pictures.  Thanks Susie girl, it means so much to have these nice photos.
